Plaque Outside of the Northwest Museum of Arts and Culture.

When Helen Powell, nee Campbell donated the land adjoining the Campbell House she did so on the condition that a memorial plaque be dedicated to her son. With the new land, the Northwest Museum of Arts and Culture was able to expand and build a new museum building instead of having the museum inside the Campbell House. This building is now the Museums Administrative building, archives and collection, and a small gallery for displaying local art. Outside the building when walking towards the Cambell house if you look at the ground near the drinking fountain you can find the plaque honoring both Allan Powell's service and Helen Powell's donation.
