Reverend Peter B Barrow an early Spokanite, preacher, and land owner.

Rev. Peter B Barrow was born into slavery in 1840 but moved to Spokane from Mississippi with his family in 1889. He found Calvary Baptist Church which claims to be the oldest Black church in Washington State.
